How are cases matched to me?
By distance from the client's zip code to your office. The closest practice of the kind the client needs is asked first. If you decline or do not answer, the referral goes to the next closest practice.
How do I send updates, records and bills?
One click per visit on your Legal Hub Group page: Visit done, No-show, Needs another provider, Treatment done. When treatment ends you upload the records and the itemized bill there.
When and how do I get paid?
When the case settles, the attorney asks you to reduce your bill; you accept the amount or counter with your own. Once agreed, the attorney pays you through Stripe, straight to your bank. Legal Hub Group never holds the money.
