How fast is a provider matched?
Right away. The moment you send the client, the closest provider of the kind they need is asked to accept, by zip code. You see the provider's name on the case as soon as they accept.
Can I choose or change the provider?
You do not pick providers; the platform matches the closest one. If a provider does not answer, Legal Hub Group sends the referral to the next closest practice, and Legal Hub Group can change any match.
How are reductions requested?
You enter the settlement amount and what you ask each provider to accept. Each provider accepts or counters online, and you pay the agreed bills on the platform.
I'm already an LHG client. Same login?
Yes. Medical is a new section in your Legal Hub Group portal. A firm admin enters the attorney's California State Bar number once; Legal Hub Group checks it and approves the firm.
