Can I file court documents online in California?
In many California courts, yes — electronic filing goes through an approved electronic filing service provider, and Legal Hub Group is one. Create a free account, upload your documents, and the available courts are shown to you inside the platform. Whether e-filing is permitted or mandatory for your particular case type is set by the court.
What if my court doesn't accept e-filing?
Then it gets filed the old way, by us, on the same account. Not every California court, division, or document type is set up for electronic filing, and some that are still require paper for specific submissions. You do not need a second vendor for the gap — submit the documents and we route them by whichever method that court actually accepts.
How much does court filing cost?
