By creating an account or using Legal Hub Group Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Legal Hub Group provides software and integrations to streamline:
• Case intake and document automation.
• E-filing and process-serving workflows.
• Vendor/subcontractor management.
We may update or modify Services at any time.
• Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of all information uploaded.
• Compliance: You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes.
• Access Control: You are responsible for managing user accounts and access permissions.
• Security: You must maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
Legal Hub Group may allow job routing to subcontractors. You agree that subcontractors may perform services on your behalf, subject to the same confidentiality obligations.
• Subscription fees, per-job service fees, and printing/mailing fees apply as outlined in your service agreement.
• Payments are due as invoiced; failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
• No refunds except as required by law.
• All platform content, code, and design remain property of Legal Hub Group.
• You retain ownership of your uploaded legal documents and case files.
• By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process and deliver Services.
• We will not disclose client information except as required to perform Services or comply with law.
• Users are responsible for ensuring documents uploaded do not violate confidentiality obligations owed to third parties.
• Legal Hub Group is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect user submissions, court rejections, or third-party integrations.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for Services in the preceding 6 months.
• No liability for consequential damages, lost profits, or indirect losses.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.
• Users may terminate accounts at any time; outstanding fees remain payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
• Parties agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, CA.
• Each party bears its own legal costs unless otherwise decided by arbitrator.
We may modify these Terms. Continued use of Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
